HR and Compliance Manager
1. Human Resources Management
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across group companies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Manage performance evaluations, KPIs, and employee development plans.
- Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee grievances.
2. Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance department for timely payroll processing.
- Maintain records of leaves, attendance, and overtime.
- Oversee medical insurance, benefits enrollment, and claims.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure all departments comply with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation for audits and legal inspections.
- Track compliance violations and initiate corrective actions or investigations as necessary.
4. Policy Development & Enforcement
- Draft and implement new HR and compliance-related policies.
- Educate employees about company policies through trainings and written communication.
- Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to standards and procedures.
5. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and HR database (manual and ERP-based).
- Prepare monthly reports on HR metrics (headcount, leave balance, recruitment status, etc.).
- Manage leave quota sheets, transfers, exits, and final settlements.
6. Compliance Trainings & Awareness
- Organize training sessions on code of conduct, workplace ethics, anti-harassment, safety, etc.
- Keep records of compliance trainings conducted and employee attendance.
7. ERP/HRIS Management
- Supervise and coordinate implementation and usage of HR modules in ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry, update records, and generate reports as required.
8. Liaison & Coordination
- Act as the point of contact between the HR department and group subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with external consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies when necessary.
9. Succession Planning
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership positions.
- Recommend employee promotions, transfers, and training plans based on performance data.
10. Any Other Tasks
- Handle any HR or compliance-related tasks assigned by the CEO/Management.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
