HR Assistant

Job Qualifications:

· Candidate should be a graduate with a relevant degree.

· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

· Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the company.

2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

3. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

4. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Required Skills:

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Salary + Benefits:
