Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR department in recruitment, employee documentation, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience and good knowledge of UAE HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Support onboarding and induction process.
  • Coordinate visa processing and medical documentation (if applicable).
  • Assist in payroll data preparation and leave management.
  • Maintain attendance records and employee files.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
