Job Title: HR Assistant | Human Resources Assistant | HR & Recruitment Assistant

Job Summary

Grupo GC Financial & Business Advisors LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Doha. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, and HR processes.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a professional environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and internal HR activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or recruitment is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
