About the Role:
As an HR Associate, you will support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management while working closely with our HR team. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
● Support payroll and maintain employee records.
● Handle queries related to PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
● Prepare/manage reports using Advanced Excel.
● Collaborate with employees and the HR team to ensure smooth
processes.
What We’re Looking For:
● 0–2 years of HR operations experience (internships/projects count
too!)
● Strong Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.)
● Basic understanding of PF & ESI compliance.
● Good communication and organizational skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in HR/Commerce/Management or related field
preferred.
