HR Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies, workforce planning, and organization design.

& – Drive goal-setting, appraisals, and succession planning.

& – Lead engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies & Indian labor laws
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with HR dashboard proficiency
• Prior HRBP or generalist experience supporting tech teams preferred
