Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance overall satisfaction
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company's values and mission
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational development
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform HR decision-making and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and manage HR programs related to talent management, succession planning, and professional development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, facilitating resolutions to concerns and promoting a safe and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in the internet or technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Experience in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and data analytics tools
