Job Summary
Melodica Group DMCC is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple branches. This role requires a strong operational and strategic HR professional with hands-on HRMS implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads and management
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and manpower budgeting
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
HR Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Manage performance review cycles and probation evaluations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes professionally
HRMS Implementation & Management
- Lead or support the implementation of HRMS systems (configuration, data migration, testing, rollout)
- Train employees and managers on using the HR system
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting through HRMS
- Work with vendors and IT for system enhancements and troubleshooting
- Use HR analytics to support business decision-making
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Partner with TA team on hiring needs, approvals, and workforce planning
- Support key or urgent hiring when needed
- Assist in building succession planning and talent development strategies
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain proper HR documentation and audit readiness
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration
- Travel to branches when required to support HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Proven experience in HRMS implementation (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with HR reporting experience
- Ability to work across multiple locations and departments
