Role Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the implementation, governance, and sustained adoption of talent management and HR strategies designed by element’s OD consultants, while acting as the primary client relationship owner for assigned accounts.The role requires strong capability in HR program execution, client management, project delivery, HR operations, employee relations, and reporting, with a clear focus on translating strategy into measurable, on-ground outcomes.The HRBP will represent the element at client organizations and will be accountable for delivery quality, compliance, stakeholder confidence, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management Strategy Implementation
- Implement talent management and organization development frameworks designed by OD consultants, including:
- Performance management systems and review cycles
- Talent assessment and review frameworks
- Career paths, job architecture, and role clarity structures
- Succession planning and capability mapping
- Rewards, recognition, and incentive programs
- Customize implementation plans based on client maturity, workforce composition, and operational constraints
- Ensure smooth rollout, adoption, and stabilization of all talent initiatives
- Monitor effectiveness and recommend execution refinements where required
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned client engagements
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with:
- Founders, CEOs, Managing Directors
- Senior leadership teams
- Client HR and functional heads
- Manage client expectations related to scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Address client feedback, concerns, and escalations in a timely and structured manner
- Ensure consistent communication and documentation standards
3. HR Project Management & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of HR and talent-related projects, including:
- Project planning and phasing
- Milestone tracking and dependency management
- Stakeholder coordination
- Work closely with OD consultants to translate strategic designs into executable plans
- Track progress, risks, and issues; initiate corrective actions where required
- Ensure post-implementation stabilization and continuity
4. HR Operations Oversight
- Oversee and support core HR operations within client organizations, including:
- Policy implementation and adherence
- HR calendars and annual cycles
- Performance review execution
- HRMS usage and data accuracy
- Ensure HR processes are structured, compliant, and scalable
- Support clients in transitioning from informal or fragmented HR practices to standardized systems
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including:
- Grievances and disciplinary actions
- Performance improvement processes
- Investigations, terminations, and separations
- Ensure all employee-related actions comply with:
- UAE Labour Law
- MOHRE requirements
- Internal policies and ethical standards
- Coach managers on fair, objective, and well-documented people decisions
- Act as a risk and compliance advisor to leadership
6. Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present structured HR reports, including:
- Monthly and quarterly HR dashboards
- Talent and performance insights
- Project status and implementation reports
- Compliance and risk summaries
- Provide clear, decision-oriented insights to client leadership and element management
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records
7. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with OD consultants to ensure alignment between design intent and execution reality
- Provide structured feedback on implementation challenges and adoption barriers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of element’s frameworks and delivery methodologies
- Uphold element’s professional standards, ethics, and brand representation
Required Qualifications & ExperienceProfessional Experience
- 10–18 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background in:

- Mandatory experience working in the UAE
