Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary

Win Win Marketing is looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on HR experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Post job ads, screen CVs, and shortlist candidates.
  • Plan and schedule interviews with management.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files and records (filing & documentation).
  • Ensure proper documentation of attendance, leaves, and HR data.
  • Support payroll coordination by providing required HR data.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (confirmation, warning, experience letters etc.).
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.

3. Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support conflict resolution in coordination with supervisors.
  • Assist in performance appraisal coordination.
  • Help organize employee engagement and training activities.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate basic HR reports for management.
  • Support HR projects and audits when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
  • Experience in CV screening, interview planning, and employee filing system.
  • Good understanding of HR documentation and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
