Job Summary
Win Win Marketing is looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on HR experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Post job ads, screen CVs, and shortlist candidates.
- Plan and schedule interviews with management.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee files and records (filing & documentation).
- Ensure proper documentation of attendance, leaves, and HR data.
- Support payroll coordination by providing required HR data.
- Assist in drafting HR letters (confirmation, warning, experience letters etc.).
- Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.
3. Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support conflict resolution in coordination with supervisors.
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination.
- Help organize employee engagement and training activities.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate basic HR reports for management.
- Support HR projects and audits when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Experience in CV screening, interview planning, and employee filing system.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
