- Document Management: Maintain, scan, and store HR-related records (e.g., contracts, employee files) in both digital and physical formats.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all documentation adheres to confidentiality protocols and, if applicable, ISO standards.
- Version Control: Track revisions to company policies and procedures to ensure only the latest versions are in use.
- Information Distribution: Safely distribute confidential documents to internal departments and key stakeholders.
- System Maintenance: Update and manage the internal database or HR Information System.
- Reporting & Audits: Prepare reports and support internal/external audits by providing organized documentation.
