HR Executive

Multan, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR database is up to date.
  • Support in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6-12 months) in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labour regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
