Timings: Mon–Fri, Summers: 1 PM – 10 PM, Winters: 2 PM – 11 PM

Are you passionate? Join our dynamic team as an HR Executive and play a vital role in shaping employee experience, recruitment, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, training, performance).
• Assist the Finance Department with leave counts and prepare the monthly attendance report.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate training sessions, team-building and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR Executive or similar role.
• Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
