HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai and play a key role in managing human resources functions, fostering employee engagement, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a professional manner.
• Coordinate staff training, workshops, and career development programs.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits and leave records.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
