We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing the overall employee experience and ensuring the seamless execution of key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and the onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture while driving operational excellence in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Plan and execute activities, events, and programs to improve employee morale and satisfaction.
- Oversee attendance records, ensure accuracy, and address discrepancies.
- Maintain and manage leave policies and systems.
- Generate periodic attendance and compliance reports for management review.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- Enhance the employee journey from entry to exit, ensuring alignment with organizational values and Full and final settlement.
- Regularly review HR processes and suggest improvements to optimize the employee experience.
- Plan and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
- Handle the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR roles with a focus on the listed responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive approach with a passion for improving employee satisfaction and organizational success.
