HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience handling HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation
  • Support performance evaluation processes
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (corporate experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
