  • Addressing employee queries and grievances
  • Supporting a positive work culture
  • Handling disciplinary actions when needed
  • Conducting exit interviews

3.HR Administration

  • Maintaining employee records and databases
  • Managing HR documents like offer letters, contracts, and policies
  • Ensuring legal compliance in HR practices

4. Payroll & Benefits

  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Managing employee benefits like leave, insurance, and bonuses
  • Tracking attendance and leave records

5. Training & Development

  • Identifying training needs
  • Coordinating internal and external training programs
  • Monitoring training effectiveness

6. Performance Management

  • Supporting performance appraisal processes
  • Helping managers set KPIs and goals
  • Collecting and analyzing performance data

7. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Updating HR policies and communicating changes
  • Assisting with audits and inspections

8. Employee Engagement

  • Planning employee engagement activities and events
  • Encouraging team-building and morale-boosting initiatives
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,090.36 - ₹29,879.59 per month
