Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Qualification:

• BBA or MBA (Specialization in HR)

Experience:

• 1 year experience in the similar domain shall be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms .
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new appointees.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed timely.
• Managing and updating of employee files
• Assist in training arrangements.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Strong communication skill.
