Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support: -
Ø End to End recruitment process to be initiated and coordinated
Ø Job Posting - recruitment with organizational goals. Scour resumes received from various sources. Calling Candidates.
Ø Scheduling interviews offline and online.
Ø Ensure recruitment processes are carried out smoothly, liaising with the HR & Administrative Head as needed.
Ø Documentation and joining formalities to be processed
Ø Assist the HR & Administrative Head in implementing performance development programs.
Ø Coordinate and arrange trainings for the employees.
Ø Arrange employee engagement activities to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Policy Implementation & Compliance:
Ø Ensure the follows up on policy adherence and updates as directed by the HR & Administrative Head.
Ø Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations.
Ø Assist in drafting, revising, and enforcing HR policies in coordination with the HR & Administrative Head.
HR Reporting & Data Management:
Ø Assist in overseeing HR metrics such as turnover rates, leave management, and recruitment timelines, ensuring accurate records.
Ø Provide reports and insights to the HR & Administrative Head for strategic decision-making.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations in conjunction with the Admin Incharge.
Ensure that safety drills and programs are conducted regularly, meeting legal and company requirements.
Administrative Support to Senior Management:
Coordinate with the Admin Incharge to ensure seamless administrative support for senior management, including scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination.
