About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who is eager to contribute to core HR operations and support employee growth in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless hiring experience
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
• Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
• Support employee relations and help address workplace concerns professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams on HR projects and organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
