HR Executive

The HR Executive supports day-to-day human resources operations and plays a key role in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. This role partners with employees and management to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including coordination of interviews and new hire documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and leave
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR reports
  • Support employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Support offboarding and exit processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT or corporate environments
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting
  • Exposure to recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
