HR Executive

Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labor legislation.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes (quarterly/annual) and assist with training needs analysis.

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS databases, and documentation.

Administer payroll, compensation structures, benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
