We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Manage attendance and leave records
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents and reports
  • Coordinate between management and employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
