ABS International is a Direct US Principal operating from Karachi since 2012. We build and manage our own US-facing sales and operations teams in-house. We do not recruit for clients. This means the HR Executive we hire will develop real international hiring skills — sourcing US night shift candidates, assessing English fluency, managing full recruitment cycles — not just coordinating calendars for someone else's decisions.

We are not looking for a finished product. We are looking for someone who understands what recruitment actually involves and is ready to own it.

What You Will Do

You will source candidates for our US operations roles using LinkedIn and Indeed, screen CVs for role fit and English fluency, coordinate interview schedules with department leads, and maintain candidate records through our ATS. You will handle requisitions from posting to offer confirmation. When the team you help hire performs, your incentive structure reflects that.

What You Will Need

Six months or more of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition — formal or practical. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or any ATS platform is an advantage, not a requirement. Clear, professional English for candidate communication. Strong attention to detail. Night shift availability (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar is required.

What You Will Earn

PKR 45,000 – 55,000 per month based on experience. Performance incentives tied to successful hires. Salary reviewed at 90 days.
