HR Executive

Role Summary

The HR Executive will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with a deep understanding of local labor laws and a passion for fostering a positive corporate culture. You will be the first point of contact for employees' HR-related queries and will ensure that our internal processes are efficient and employee-centric.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive all necessary equipment, system access, and introductory training.
  • Conduct background checks and maintain physical and digital employee files.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives (team building, town halls, and wellness programs) to boost morale with the help of HR Manager.
  • Monitor performance management cycles, ensuring appraisals are completed on time.
  • Ensure company policies are updated and compliant with current Labor Laws.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS software
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
