HR Executive – Real Estate Brokerage

Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing real estate brokerage team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role plays a key part in building a strong, high-performing sales-driven team culture.

Job Responsibilities (JR)Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and recruit real estate agents, admin staff, and corporate roles
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate pipeline
• Post job advertisements on portals, LinkedIn, and social media

Onboarding & Employee Management

• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate visa, medical, and labor card processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases

HR Operations & Administration

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
• Support payroll processing and commission tracking coordination

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support company culture initiatives, training programs, and team events
• Handle employee queries and conflict resolution professionally
• Assist management in performance reviews and HR reports

Policies & Compliance

• Draft and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are followed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years HR experience (Real Estate experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
