KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment & Onboarding

· Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.

· Manage online job postings and maintain accurate candidate records.

· Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies.

· Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

Documentation & Compliance

· Prepare and circulate resignation forms, leave forms, and other HR-related documentation.

· Issue fines, warning letters, and other disciplinary documents in line with company policies.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs.

· Maintain accurate HR records for audits and inspections.

HR Development & Policy Support

· Develop job descriptions for all departments and positions in collaboration with department heads.

· Assist in KPI creation and policy development with HODs.

· Support HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and compliance frameworks.

Employee Relations

· Foster a professional and compliant HR environment across all branches.

· Provide support in handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

· Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Training & Development

· Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for staff.

· Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness of programs.

Performance Monitoring & Appraisals

· Monitor staff performance regularly in coordination with branch managers.

· Collect performance data and prepare monthly appraisal marking reports.

· Share performance insights with HR Manager and management for decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's in HR/Business Management

· 2–3 years HR experience with recruitment focus

· Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred

· Proficient in MS Word (official documents) and MS Excel

· Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
