About Us

Burney Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, focused on connecting property developers with end users and investors. We are currently building our core team and looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can help us scale operations and build a strong sales force.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment of Real Estate Agents (commission-based & salaried roles)
• Posting jobs on portals (Indeed, Dubizzle, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews with management
• Managing onboarding process & documentation
• Preparing offer letters and contracts
• Maintaining employee records
• Handling attendance & basic HR admin tasks
• Supporting performance tracking of agents
• Assisting management in building HR policies & structure

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HR experience (Real Estate industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English required, Hindi/Urdu preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE labor processes
• Experience in recruitment & hiring
• Organized, confident, and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
