HR Executive – Job Description
- The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth employee management within the company.
- The role will include recruitment, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record management.
- The candidate will assist in preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating with department heads for hiring needs.
- They will manage employee files, contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- The HR Executive will support new employee onboarding, orientation, joining formalities, and induction processes.
- They will maintain attendance, leave records, timesheets, duty rosters, and employee database updates.
- The role includes coordinating with payroll and finance teams for salary processing, deductions, overtime, and employee benefits.
- They will assist in implementing HR policies, company rules, disciplinary procedures, and employee code of conduct.
- The candidate will handle employee queries, grievances, and basic workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- They will support performance review processes, probation evaluations, confirmation letters, and employee feedback records.
- The HR Executive will coordinate training sessions, staff development activities, and internal communication when required.
- They will ensure proper documentation for resignations, exit interviews, final settlements, and clearance processes.
- The role requires maintaining compliance with company policies, labor laws, HR procedures, and internal approval processes.
- They will support management in preparing HR reports, manpower reports, attendance summaries, and recruitment status updates.
- The candidate will coordinate with operations and department heads for staff requirements, deployment updates, and employee-related matters.
- They will help maintain discipline, professionalism, grooming standards, and employee engagement across the organization.
- The HR Executive will assist in organizing employee activities, announcements, internal memos, and HR communications.
