HR Executive (Bachelor HR / MBA HR)

· Training

· Prepare and implement the training plan for each department in coordination with the head of relevant department

· Keeping track of the trainings conducted by the departments

· Ensuring that the individuals are sufficiently trained and qualified for the required tasks

· Evaluate the result of the given training involving the respected manager.

· Performance

· Prepare KPI’s of the manager, deputy manager, and officer staff.

· Periodic evaluation of the performance of the employees on the KPIs by conducting audits against job descriptions.

· Making report of the performance evaluation

· Guiding the employee in coordination with the relevant head of department for the improvement of the employee performance

· Appraisal

· Increments in the salary are to be given periodic basis based on the performance of the employee

Making sure the employees have targets they are to achieve with respect to the pay, post, and performance.

Policies and SOPs

· Develop, revise, and implement the HR Manual, Code of conduct and HR Policies and SOPs

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as per company policy.

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

· Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout human resource management

Hiring and Firing

· Makes sure that the entire process of hiring and firing an employee based on merit including the following

· Hiring

· Taking the requirement for the induction of a human resource from the department

· Ensures the posting of the jobs at the relevant portals

· Evaluation of the resumes and shortlisting of the employees for the interviews

· Conducting initial interviews and maintaining the record of evaluation

· Conducting interviews with the relevant department and final interview with the director

· Keeping record of the person hired, Hold or rejected.

· Making sure that the orientation of the employee is completed timely

· Firing

· In case of unsatisfactory performance of the employee, replacement of employee is the responsibility of HR Coordinator in agreement with the relevant department HOD.

· To give warning letters to the employee, give show cause letters, letter of explanation for the performance related issues.

· To ensure the complete handover of the responsibilities / documents, and ensuring that the next person receiving the information is sufficiently trained

· To ensure the clearance of the employee from the relevant department, administration, and finance and NOC.

· Conducting the exit interview and issuance of the experience letters
