HR Executive (Female)

Job Summary

Imperial Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive(Female) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers in fulfilling the organization's workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

a. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

b. Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.

c. Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

d. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

e. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

f. Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.

g. Assist the Manager in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.

h. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

i. Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and employer branding.

j. Requirements.

k. Any other tasks as assigned by HR Department.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
