1. Write and post JDs on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)

  • Pre-screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads
  • Conduct HR round for shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain hiring tracker & follow-up until joining

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, internship letters, NDAs
  • Collect and maintain employee documentation
  • Plan smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance & leave records
  • Track performance review cycles (monthly/quarterly)
  • Maintain team dashboard, employee records, SOPs

4. Employee Engagement

  • Conduct weekly check-ins with teams
  • Plan small engagement activities (recognition, appreciation notes, etc.)
  • Support healthy work culture aligned with Click Ova values
