About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team at Samyotech Software Solutions.
You’ll be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while helping build a strong and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
✅ Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
✅ Coordinate resource planning with project managers.
✅ Assist with performance management and appraisal coordination.
✅ Conduct employee engagement & retention activities.
✅ Draft HR letters, manage exit formalities, and maintain HR MIS reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, or other hiring platforms (preferred).
Quick learner with a proactive and professional attitude.
