
HR Executive (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–4 years of HR experience (preferably in a tech/software environment).

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR best practices.

Basic understanding of technical roles and ability to work with hiring managers on tech requirements.

Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance.

Familiarity with HR operations, documentation, and record management.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, onsite work environment.

Professional attitude with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Understand job requirements (including technical roles) and coordinate closely with hiring managers.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.

Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.

Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Assist in HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.

Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
