Job Title: HR Executive – Performance Management System (PMS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Performance Management System (PMS) to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization’s performance management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good interpersonal communication abilities, and a solid understanding of performance management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
  • Monitor and ensure that performance evaluation processes are fair, consistent, and transparent.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Analyze PMS data to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement in employee performance.
  • Generate reports and presentations to share PMS outcomes and insights with HR and departmental heads.
  • Support performance review discussions by guiding managers and employees through the feedback and goal-setting process.
  • Assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance culture within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience: 1 - 2 year of relevant HR experience
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in using (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of competency frameworks and performance rating scales.
  • Experience in facilitating feedback or appraisal discussions.
  • Familiarity with employee development and training programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
