1. Sourcing & Attraction

  • Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized job boards.
  • Headhunting: Proactively reach out to passive candidates through social media and professional networks.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs and campus recruitment events to build a strong talent brand.

2. Screening & Selection

  • Resume Filtering: Review applications to match candidate profiles with job specifications.
  • Interviewing: Conduct initial HR screenings (phone or video) to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and basic technical competency.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

3. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Background Checks: Verify employment history, references, and educational qualifications.
  • Salary Negotiation: Act as a liaison during the offer stage to negotiate terms and close the hire.
  • Onboarding: Prepare offer letters and coordinate the "Day 1" orientation process to ensure a warm welcome.

4. Strategy & Reporting

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source of Hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
