HR Executive (Textile)

We are seeking a competent HR Executive to support key human resource functions within a textile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Performance Management System (PMS) including KPI development, tracking, and appraisal cycles
• Assist in organizational structuring, manpower planning, and HR budgeting
• Develop and present HR reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using Excel
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the textile sector
• Practical exposure to PMS, organizational structuring, and HR budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR experience, preferably within the textile sector: 2 years (Preferred)
