Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across the showroom and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, induction.
• Maintain HR operations: attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
• Handle payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and documentation.
• Drive training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance reviews and HR reporting.

Ideal Profile

• 8+ years of HR experience (retail or customer-facing industries preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of payroll and compliance is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
