About the role

We're looking for a passionate, energetic HR Manager + Recruiter to join a team that helps us recruit the big players. This is not a traditional administrative HR role. You will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for designing and implementing the systems that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Lead the full hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to develop structured interview processes.
  • Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.

2. Performance Management & Growth

  • Oversee performance systems and dashboards.
  • Support managers in delivering effective feedback and performance reviews.
  • Manage PIPs and help maintain career development frameworks.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and improve employee experience based on feedback.

4. Culture, Engagement & Internships

  • Promote company values and culture across all people processes.
  • Manage internship programs and foster future talent.
  • Use data to suggest initiatives for improving engagement and team health.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and manage time-off policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • 1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or Manager role, ideally in a tech, startup, or digital agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience with modern performance management systems and a strong belief in structured, data-informed feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to be both empathetic and direct.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving initiative.
  • Comfortable using modern HR and productivity tools like Zoho HR, Google Workspace, and internal documentation platforms.
  • Trusted to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
