HR Generalist

• Monitoring Ashima’s software for Attendance
• Managing schedule shifts of the guards
• Handling payroll
• Processing government remittances
• Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, setting employee goals, and identifying training needs
• Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, facilitating new hire orientation, and preparing new employees for their roles.
• Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining updated, confidential employee records.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures and assisting in the creation of new HR policies.
• Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, conducting investigations, and fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
