HR GENERALIST

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full recruitment cycle (manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring)
  • Coordinate onboarding process and employee orientation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain complete employee records, files, and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts department

3. Policies & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Handle disciplinary actions and policy violations

4. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Support management in disciplinary hearings and counseling
  • Maintain positive workplace culture

5. Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles
  • Assist in KPI setting and performance reviews
  • Maintain appraisal documentation

6. Training & Engagement

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities

7. Reporting & Management Support

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment)
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to management

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
  • HR certifications will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
