Hey there! Are you passionate about helping people and fostering a positive work culture? We’re looking for an HR Generalist at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee to join our People Services team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love solving HR challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for HR support across our centers, guiding staff on everything from employee relations and performance management to compliance with employment laws. You’ll also provide training, analyze HR data, and help drive innovation within our HR practices—all while championing inclusion and diversity.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum Age: 21+
• Education & Experience:Four-year degree or equivalent combination of life and work experience.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and labor laws.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (provided upon hire):

Paycom System Training within two weeks; Adult Mental Health First Aid within six months.

Wage Range: $57,066 - $70,000 (based on experience).
