We are seeking an experienced FEMALE HR Generalist ( British only) to join our dynamic team immediately. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals

Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs

Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture

Support leadership in HR-related decision-making and organizational development

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and UAE labor regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience in employee training and development

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
