Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Time: 9am-5pm
Salary: 80k-140k

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function for our organization. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of HR leadership experience within the FMCG industry and possess strong expertise in workforce planning, labor management, HR operations, compliance, industrial relations, performance management, and organizational culture development.

The HR Head will be responsible for driving HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the entire HR department and its day-to-day operations.

● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

● Handle workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and resource allocation.

● Manage labor relations and maintain a positive work environment across all levels.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

● Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

● Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development plans.

● Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

● Supervise recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.

● Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing and organizational development needs.

● Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.

● Ensure smooth execution of HR operations while supporting business growth.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.

● Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, Workforce planning and industrial relations.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Only candidates with FMCG industry experience will be considered.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
