Duration: 3 Months internship leading to permanent job depending on performance

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Success team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement and core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events
• Support the team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Tech Savvy
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
