Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering and managing employee benefit programs like health insurance and retirement plans, as well as coordinating incentives.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and promoting harmonious working relationships.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee goal-setting and development.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and implementing professional development programs.
- Policy & Compliance: Enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and assisting with policy development.
- Employee Data & Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR information systems (HRIS).
- HR Strategy & Operations: Supporting HR managers, providing advice to company leaders on people-related issues, and managing day-to-day HR operations.
