Job Description – HR Intern

About the Role

We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and documentation activities. Candidates who show exceptional performance during the internship will be eligible for a Performance-Based PPO for a full-time HR role.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

2. HR Operations

  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee data, attendance, and HR MIS.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR forms.
  • Handle daily administrative and HR coordination tasks.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning internal activities and engagement events.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and maintain engagement reports.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Help maintain employee files and statutory records.
  • Support audits, policy updates, and data confidentiality.

Skills Required

  • Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR (or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions & recruitment.
  • Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Performance-Based PPO Criteria

Candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on:

  • Consistent performance and task completion

  • Attendance, punctuality, and discipline
  • Contribution to team and HR projects
  • Positive feedback from managers
