Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment processes, onboarding activities, people operations, and general office administration. This role is designed to provide hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on the criteria provided by the HR team.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Send application acknowledgments, interview invitations, and follow-up communication as required.
  • Support onboarding activities.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
