HR Internship (Sales Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Assist in interview scheduling and coordination
• Participate in interviews alongside senior recruiters
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data
• Gain insights into recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates with an interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
