Job Title: HR – IT Recruiter
Location: Sarsol,Aligarh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR – IT Recruiter who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers regularly.
• Work closely with the HR team to support onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
